These SMS & Business Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with the terms governing your use of our plumbing services and any associated accounts (“Your Plumber Services”), govern both your participation in our SMS Texting Programs (“SMS Texting Services”) and certain related service and billing policies. Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined have the meanings assigned in our Privacy Policy and any other applicable service terms, all of which are available at https://yourplumberllc.com/privacy-policy/.

I. Text Messages Initiated by Your Plumber LLC

Your Plumber LLC Text Messages

If you provide us your mobile phone number, you consent that Your Plumber LLC, its affiliates, and their respective representatives may contact you at that number using non-automated or automated technology. Such text messages may be sent to 239-771-9892 for the purpose of:

  • Service your Your Plumber Services accounts (appointment confirmations, dispatch notifications, service updates, billing communications, customer support messages);
  • Provide information or updates you have requested.

Where applicable, we may also send marketing or promotional text messages, but only with your prior consent. Consent to receive autodialed calls or texts for marketing purposes is not required as a condition of purchasing services.

Privacy

IV. Service & Billing Terms

These terms apply to all services provided by Your Plumber LLC.

Application of Payments

All payments will be applied to the oldest outstanding invoice first, regardless of invoice number or payment instructions.

If a balance exists, payments—including deposits or payments intended for new work—may be applied to prior outstanding balances before new services.

Refund Policy & Credit Card Fees

Approved refunds will be issued minus any applicable credit card processing fees incurred at the time of the original transaction. These fees are non-refundable by payment processors and will be deducted from refund amounts.

Important Notice

SMS Texting Services are for communication purposes only and do not replace or modify any separate service agreements, invoices, estimates, or contracts between the customer and Your Plumber LLC.
