These SMS Texting Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with the terms governing your use of our plumbing services and any associated accounts (“Your Plumber Services”), govern your participation in our SMS Texting Programs (“SMS Texting Services”). Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined have the meanings assigned in our Privacy Policy and any other applicable service terms, all of which are available at https://yourplumberllc.com/privacy-policy/.

I. Text Messages Initiated by Your Plumber LLC

1. Your Plumber LLC Text Messages
   If you provide us your mobile phone number, you consent that Your Plumber LLC, its affiliates, and their respective representatives may contact you at that number using non-automated or automated technology. Such text messages may be sent to: 239-771-9892

• Service your Your Plumber Services accounts (e.g., appointment confirmations, service updates, or customer support communications);
• Provide you with information or updates that you have requested.

Where applicable, we may also send marketing or promotional text messages—but only with your prior consent. Consent to receive autodialed calls or texts for marketing purposes is not required as a condition of purchasing any services.

1. Privacy
   Data obtained from you in connection with Your Plumber LLC-initiated text messages may include your name, address, mobile phone number, and the content and timing of your messages.    You may opt out of receiving SMS Texting Services at any time by replying “STOP,” “END,” or “QUIT” to any text message you have received from us. This opt-out process will disable future messages from that particular SMS service. If you are enrolled in multiple services, you will need to opt out separately for each.
3. Fees and Mobile Carrier Charges
   Your Plumber LLC does not charge for its SMS Texting Services. However, standard message and data rates imposed by your mobile carrier may apply. By participating in our SMS Texting Services, you consent to any such charges levied by your mobile carrier.
4. Disclaimers
   You acknowledge that SMS text messages are transmitted over wireless networks that use radio and other technologies to transmit communications over complex systems. Neither Your Plumber LLC nor its affiliates guarantee the timely or secure delivery of text messages. The SMS Texting Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and Your Plumber LLC disclaims any liability for delays, interruptions, errors, or any lack of privacy or security in transmission. It is your responsibility to implement appropriate security measures for your mobile device.
5. Supported Carriers
   Our SMS Texting Services are available on various mobile carriers. Although we strive to work with major carriers such as AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others, carrier support may change over time. Your Plumber LLC is not responsible for issues or limitations imposed by your mobile carrier.
6. Modifications
   We reserve the right to modify these SMS Texting Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Any modifications, additions, or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our SMS Texting Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
